Because of over half a century our manufacturing technology, adopted fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, know-how and technology of mold design for achieve high strength, KYOUJIN is born. KYOUJIN is An engineering plastic with PA66 as the base polymer and reinforced with 60% glass fiber. Continuous use temperature is 65°C/149°F, Flammability is UL94 V-HB. It has the highest strength among engineering plastic bolts that can be mass-produced.The tensile breaking load at M12 reaches 17,492N. Specific gravity is 1/5 of iron, insulating, heat insulating, non-magnetic, and resistant to rust. Alternative metal screws are widely used in various industries such as robotics, construction, electronics, automobiles, sports, etc. Use RoHS2 compliant raw materials.
